Return Policy

We offer a 100% return policy. If you do not like an order, please ship it back to us within 24 hours of receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs, and any payment collection fees that we may have incurred (such as credit card fees).*

In order for us to process a return, you must provide to us the UPS tracking number (unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing) within 24 hours working day hours of receipt by you. In addition, you must include all the merchandise that was purchased in exactly the condition that you received it.

We also want you to be happy as our customer, so we will always ask you why you felt it necessary to return the merchandise, and make it a better customer experience for you next time around.

Please read carefully, as failure to comply to the Terms and Conditions of our Return Policy may result in delay of the processing of your refund.

If you have received merchandise from Jackson Worldwide that you are unhappy with, here is what you need to do:

  1. Notify us that you are unhappy with your purchase and that you will be returning it to us by using the Return Authorization / Merchandise Return Form ("the MRF") Form below, or via telefax at + 1 206 984 3984.


  2. Notification must come within 24 working day hours of receipt of the merchandise, as confirmed by UPS (or other) delivery notice. Notice must be via either our online form or fax, and has to be in writing


  3. Please include with all your written communications:

      a. Your Invoice Number and date;

      b. Email address (if you paid via PayPal, AlertPay or Moneybookers, please include the PayPal, AlertPay or Moneybookers email address); and

      c. Your Name.

      d. Your Phone Number.

  4. You do not need to telephone us if you intend to return merchandise, as long as you comply with these Terms and Conditions


  5. Please complete the Merchandise Return Form (“the MRF”) / Return Authorization Form (RA)located below. Returns that do not have a MRF will not be accepted. Please, please complete this form to avoid any unnecessary problems.


  6. Goods must also be returned within 24 working hours of receipt. We understand this is stringent, but we have had multiple attempts to abuse our generous return policy which has forced us to adopt a 24 hour policy.


  7. For return shipping, please use UPS, unless otherwise agreed. The UPS tracking number will provide us with the necessary information that you have returned the merchandise within 24 hours of receipt. Packages should be returned to:

  8. Once you have a UPS tracking number, please email it to us with your Invoice Number via the contact us form. Failure to provide us in advance with a UPS tracking number may delay the processing of your return.


  9. Please include all the merchandise shipped in exactly the same condition as it was received. Failure to comply with this request will mean that your credit request will be denied. This may mean repackaging certain items, as packaging can be damaged in shipment, and we cannot be held responsible for merchandise that is returned to us and that has been damaged in transit.


  10. The cost of shipping will be at your expense, unless you can provide evidence that we have sent you counterfeit merchandise or we have sent you the wrong merchandise, in which case, we will refund the cost of shipping.


  11. Upon receipt of the Returned Merchandise in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we will issue a credit to you within 48 working hours as follows: 

      a. If you paid via credit card, we will refund the same credit card; 

      b. If you paid via paypal, alertpay, or moneybookers we will refund your paypal, alertpay, or moneybookers account; 

      c. If you paid via a wire transfer and your purchase was greater than $5,000, we shall wire the funds back to your account; 

      d. If you paid via a wire transfer for an amount of less than $5,000, or via money order, then we will issue and send a check to you via Regular 1st Class Post.


  12. We will deduct from your refund the cost to us of collecting your payment (for instance credit card or bank fees), as well as a small processing fee. You will remain responsible for the initial shipping cost.


  13. In the event that we have sent you the wrong merchandise, we will ship you the correct merchandise at our expense within 48 hours of receipt. If we do not have the correct merchandise in stock, then we will refund you in full, inclusive of original shipping cost.


  14. Under no circumstances, will we issue a credit without first receiving the merchandise in return.
